Got up around 730am this morning to beautiful sunshine and clear skies. We took our time with packing up and trying to clean as much mud off everything that we could.
There were also quite a few vehicles and vans around us that needed to be recovered out of the mud. There didn't seem to be any really long roll out queues and by 130pm we were ready to depart. We were able to drive straight out by the time we left.
We stopped at Bells Milk Bar in Broken Hill again for some lunch and booked 2 nights in a motel in Mildura as we were a bit sick of camping. About 3 hours to drive today.
Got to the motel around 6pm, grabbed some stuff from the camper, and enjoyed a nice hot shower. It took a bit of scrubbing to get the layers of almost 8 days of dirt off, but it felt so good to be properly clean again.
