A quick breakfast this morning before getting on the road around 1030am. About a 4 hour drive to get to Rainbow by early afternoon.
We arrived in Rainbow around 230pm and headed to the IGA to get some groceries before making our way to the campsite. There was one other camper already on site when we arrived, so we setup close by. A few other campers arrived throughout the afternoon and by early evening there were 7 JCMCs at camp.
We got to know all of our neighbours and some of the people went off to gather some firewood so I got the fireplace out and set it up.
We had a nice evening sitting by the fire, chatting and doing a bit of stargazing before we all headed off to bed around 930pm.
