Today was a nice rest day at Desert Queen Baths campground. After a bit of a sleep in, we went on a walk to some of the different waterholes near the campground, with the rest of the group. There was a lot of scrambling over rocks, so we only made it to the first of 5 pools. On the way back to camp, we collected a few buckets of water so we could do some more washing and have a wash ourselves, as it had been a few days since our last wash.

Whilst Leanne was doing the washing, including some of Wylie's clothes as a thank you for helping us fix our car yesterday, I got busy checking every nut and bolt I could find under and around the car. I only found 1 loose bash plate nut.

Leanne decided today would be an oven cooking day due to the endless sunshine, so she made scones for lunch with jam and cream,  which we shared with Wylie.

We both had a nice wash and then put on a lamb roast in the oven for dinner. An afternoon sitting around the fire and just relaxing. Life is good today.
