Surprisingly a lot if you pack it well.

Frozen meals stay frozen a lot longer in a fridge if you freeze them on 240 for at least 2 weeks. And you don't need to use as much power to keep them frozen.
Frozen into takeaway dishes so they stack nicely and vacuum sealed into bags will keep any potential juices from contaminating other foods

So how many meals for 2 people is in my freezer?
* 3 garlic prawns
* 5 chicken for stir frys or roasts
* 3 steak and sausages
* 2 corned beef
* 4 savoury mince
* 1 lamb strips
* 4 butter chickens
* 2 beef strips
* 1 roast beef
* 1 roast lamb

That's 31 main meals

Plus 5 bacon for breakfast and 5 sausages for lunch
