We left Caboolture this morning around 7am for the long drive home (about 960km). We decided to go home via the coast road so that we can get home tonight. Google estimates a 10 and a half hour drive. Expected to do the trip in less than 12 hours with a few stops along the way.

Overall, the road was fine with not to much traffic along the way. We were able to make it home in 11 and a half hours, getting home just after 6pm.

On our holiday, we have travelled in total around 12,500km and visited all states except for TAS and ACT. We have been on the road 73 of 76 days planned and camped 58 of those days. Now the big task begins of unpacking the car and camper, and thoroughly cleaning everything.

It is so nice to be home again.
